You tell us what your patients need the most and have invaluable insight when it comes to design.
Then it's off to the races
We go into dental hyperdrive to talk shop with every Pro we can find. From polls and private groups to niche specialists, we learn everything we can about what the experts think makes a great product.
Adventure time!
We scour the globe for the best manufacturers, from the finest floss weavers in Italy to the tastemakers of paste in the USA. We get more advice (and see what they think of our innovative, often kooky ideas!).
Feedback frenzy
The prototypes we've built can talk the talk, but can they walk the walk? We find out by sending a variety of samples to our Pros for rigorous field tests. Tweak, test, tweak, test. Then, off for a final design.
Independent test time
Sure, we think our products are what dental dreams are made of. But do others? We get to the bottom of it by shipping them to independent labs and consumers where they'll have to prove themselves.
It's showtime!
The product goes into full manufacturing mode and gets released. Parades are thrown, brushers party in the street, the launch date becomes a national holiday...ok, maybe all that is only in our minds, but still. People get pretty darn excited.
