First ensure the unit is fully powered off, If the lights are flashing then press and hold the power button for a second or two until the light stops flashing.You can change modes by holding down the power button until the light begins to toggle through the mode options.Release at the mode of choice (standard, turbo or pulse).

Love!
I love this waterflosser and how quickly it can get rid of the build up around the gum line. I like how you can manage the water pressure. I love that is cordless and creates less mess around the sink! Will definitely recommend to all my patients

Absolutely Great Product Several Power Level settings and Great Battery Life Until...... my Unit is showing a Full Chargew with Green Lighrt and Nothing .... NoPower No turn On.... Nothing. I have tried to reset Numberous time and still Nothing. How can I get this Fixed I depend on this for my DAILY ORAL CARE AND CLEANING. Is there a Replacement battery Boris t the On OFF Switch.

Second one broken - basically rubbish
The first one broke just before a year was up and now my second one has broken. It’s less than a year old. Because I moved country I had to break the replacements and I have not been successful in getting the replacement. However beyond the terrible customer service I feel for ecological reason a product that isn’t designed to Kat more than a year should be illegal. They should be ashamed of themselves.
