1. Sweepstakes Period

The BURST x MAGNA-TILES® Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 23, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on November 16, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be accepted. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

2. Sponsor and Promotional Partner

The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by BURST USA, Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave, #4658, Covina, CA 91723 (“Sponsor” or “BURST”). Sponsor is responsible for the operation of the Sweepstakes, including winner selection and notification.

Valtech Co., LLC d/b/a MAGNA-TILES® (“Partner” or “MAGNA-TILES”) is a promotional partner of the Sweepstakes. Partner is not a sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes; its sole responsibility is fulfilling and shipping the MAGNA-TILES® portion of the prize described in Section 6. All questions about the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and Partner, their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising, promotional, and judging agencies (including any administrator of this Sweepstakes), and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members (whether or not related) of each, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the official Sweepstakes entry page on Sponsor’s website (burstoralcare.com), complete the entry form with all required information, including a valid email address, and submit it. Each fully completed and submitted entry form will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. There is NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Email consent (required to enter). To enter, you must agree to receive marketing emails from both BURST and MAGNA-TILES. By submitting the entry form, you consent to receive recurring marketing emails, including news, promotions, and offers, from BURST and from MAGNA-TILES at the email address you provide. You may unsubscribe from either brand’s emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email from that brand. Unsubscribing after you submit your entry will not void your entry.

Text message consent (optional). Providing a mobile phone number and opting in to text messages is optional. It is not required to enter or win and will not increase your chances of winning. If you provide your mobile number and check the text message opt-in box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (such as promotions, offers, and cart reminders) from both BURST and MAGNA-TILES at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of entry into the Sweepstakes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel further texts from the sender of that message, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages from BURST are subject to BURST’s Privacy Policy. Text messages from MAGNA-TILES are subject to MAGNA-TILES’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Entry limits and conditions. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Additional entries, or entries using multiple email addresses or identities, will be disqualified. No automated, programmed, robotic, or similar means of entry are permitted. By entering, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted, or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human, or electronic. Only fully completed entry forms that comply with these Official Rules will be accepted.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about November 17, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Any violation of these Official Rules by the winner will result in disqualification, and all of the winner’s privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package (the “Prize”):

Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $495.00 USD. Actual value may vary, and any difference between the ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

The Prize will be shipped in separate packages to the winner’s mailing address in the United States: Partner will ship the MAGNA-TILES® items, and Sponsor will ship the BURST items. Please allow up to six (6) weeks after winner verification for delivery. Neither Sponsor nor Partner is responsible for prizes lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

The Prize will be awarded only upon the winner’s full compliance with these Official Rules. The Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable, and no cash alternative or substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute an item of comparable or greater value if any part of the Prize is unavailable for any reason. Prizes shown in advertising and other Sweepstakes materials are for illustrative purposes only. Any Prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prize items are subject only to their manufacturers’ standard warranties, if any. All federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email from an official Sponsor account on or about November 17, 2026, at the email address provided with the winning entry. The potential winner must reply within five (5) calendar days of the notification attempt with a valid U.S. mailing address and any other information Sponsor requests, and may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and a liability and publicity release (where permitted by law). If the potential winner does not respond within five (5) calendar days, if the notification or Prize is returned as undeliverable, if the potential winner declines the Prize, or if the potential winner is found ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. No compensation will be given upon forfeiture. Limit one (1) prize per person or household.

8. Release; Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranties

By entering, entrants and the winner agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Partner, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense whatsoever, including without limitation property damage, personal injury, and/or death, arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, and from any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, or merchandise delivery.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR THE DOWNLOADING OR PRINTING OF MATERIAL FROM ANY SUCH WEBSITE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00). WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE PRIZE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone, or other communications malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; website, internet, or ISP unavailability; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause); or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit a person’s ability to enter, including any injury or damage to any person’s computer or device relating to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.

9. Insufficient Entries; Force Majeure

If an insufficient number of eligible entries is received, or if Sponsor is prevented from continuing the Sweepstakes or awarding the Prize as contemplated by any event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, epidemic, pandemic, or other public health crisis, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), or any federal, state, or local law, order, or regulation or order of any court, then, subject to any required governmental approval, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will, if possible, select the winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in that drawing is each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded.

10. Additional Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the Sweepstakes if viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In that case, Sponsor will select the winner from all eligible entries received before the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor may disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website, or attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices (including the use of automated entry programs), or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or any representative of Sponsor or Partner.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” means the natural person assigned that email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with that address. The potential winner may be required to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is found invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, these Official Rules will otherwise remain in effect and be construed as if the invalid, unenforceable, or illegal provision were not included.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of the Prize constitute the winner’s permission for Sponsor and Partner to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, and any statements made by the winner regarding the Sweepstakes, Sponsor, or Partner for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without notice or additional compensation.

12. Disputes; Governing Law

The parties waive all rights to a trial by jury in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party, and entrants waive any right to bring or participate in a class or collective action. The arbitration shall be conducted in the City of Los Angeles, State of California.

THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF THEIR TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICT OF LAWS RULES. For any matters not subject to arbitration, and for the entry of any judgment on an arbitration award, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of Los Angeles, State of California, and agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.

13. Winner’s Name

To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope, received by December 31, 2026, to: “BURST x MAGNA-TILES Giveaway Winner,” BURST USA, Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave, #4658, Covina, CA 91723. Vermont residents may omit return postage.

14. Privacy and Use of Data

Information collected from entrants is subject to the privacy policies of both BURST and MAGNA-TILES. By entering, you agree that the personal information you submit with your entry will be collected by Sponsor and shared with Partner, and that each will use it to administer the Sweepstakes and to send you marketing communications you have consented to, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review BURST’s Privacy Policy and MAGNA-TILES’ Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

15. Social Media and Trademark Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, entrants release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability associated with the Sweepstakes.
