    Not reliable

    I bought my first one in June 2024. I just threw the third and final one in the trash. They only work about 5 months and then quit working. At least the company is good enough to send you a new one for free, but I'm tired of messing with it. I'm disappointed because I really liked the flosser. When it works.

    My new flosser10/2025

    The flosser works great. the tank capacity is lower than what I expected. The tank capacity could be increased by reshaping the bulbus rear section of the tank. This could possibly be offered as an upgrade to the existing flosser rather than a complete redesign, with a minimum upgrade fee. Another quirk that initially upset me was, similar sized flosser tips do not work with this device. My old flosser tip, "blue" caused the flosser to shutdown after less than 3 seconds of operation. After multiple attempts, I finally conceded that the new "grey" tip was only to be used. Satisfactory operation since that concession.
