So I just threw away my second Burst that was sold to me in my dentists office. Both lasted me just under a year. They are almost impossible to keep hygienic and clean. First of all the rubber band that wraps around it traps all kinds of bacteria. Second, if you do not take it apart and clean it internally every few weeks, it also gets gross. I was never confident it was clean. Regardless, they just don’t last very long., about 10-11 months.

The tank needs to be refilled 4x before mouth is done and due to water issues in the desert, I have to fill with distilled water & heat it up for each fill. Kitchen, bathroom repeat 4x.
The water comes out with such pressure that my mouth is pocked with sores.
Wish I had not bought this.

I've had two or three burst water flossers over the years. I really like them and use it every day. This one, though, doesn't seem as sturdy. The little motor isn't as strong. It seems as if it won't last very long. We'll see...

You can change modes by holding down the power button until the light begins toggling through the options, then release at your preferred mode (Standard, Turbo, or Pulse). I am huge fan burst as a company but the water flosser seems cheap and water pressure is extremely low, I only bought because my waterpik broke after 8years and wanted to try something new. Very clean look but not what I was expecting as far as performance “no bueno”
