The flosser works great. the tank capacity is lower than what I expected. The tank capacity could be increased by reshaping the bulbus rear section of the tank. This could possibly be offered as an upgrade to the existing flosser rather than a complete redesign, with a minimum upgrade fee. Another quirk that initially upset me was, similar sized flosser tips do not work with this device. My old flosser tip, "blue" caused the flosser to shutdown after less than 3 seconds of operation. After multiple attempts, I finally conceded that the new "grey" tip was only to be used. Satisfactory operation since that concession.

So I just threw away my second Burst that was sold to me in my dentists office. Both lasted me just under a year. They are almost impossible to keep hygienic and clean. First of all the rubber band that wraps around it traps all kinds of bacteria. Second, if you do not take it apart and clean it internally every few weeks, it also gets gross. I was never confident it was clean. Regardless, they just don’t last very long., about 10-11 months.

The tank needs to be refilled 4x before mouth is done and due to water issues in the desert, I have to fill with distilled water & heat it up for each fill. Kitchen, bathroom repeat 4x.
The water comes out with such pressure that my mouth is pocked with sores.
Wish I had not bought this.
