They break randomly.
i have ordered this product twice and both times while i was pressing the back of the pen to get the gel out it just doesn’t click which means no gel can come out so therefore it is unusable (broken). it has happened twice to both pens i have purchase and i have not been pressing to hard at all. the second time the whole back of my pen came apart and broke, it is trash. There is definitely a better alternative for the price that is reliable and won’t break after the 5th use.

This rosegold Whitening Pen is so pretty you can take out anywhere to freshen up on those teeth. It gets into all the hard to reach areas or teeth that don't want to whitening as well. Have in my purse all the time!!!
