After being really frustrated with the lack of customer service I received from Oral B, I came back to Burst and decided to try the Nova thinking “what have I got to lose?!” I wasn’t fully expecting to like it as much as I do! It’s light weight, yet made well. I love the bright pink color! Most important, I feel that it’s cleaning my teeth thoroughly! I wasn’t expecting it to have such strong power with a battery! I also wasn’t expecting to receive a battery with the brush! WHAT?! I love that I don’t have to deal with the charger, which was the problem with my IO. I love this thing!! My hubby was jealous and so he also gave up his IO! I’m so pleased. And for the price, you could have one of these in your bag, at work…heck, give em to all your family and friends!! I love Burst! The products, the CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Top notch and well done guys! You rock!!!

Hasn’t worked properly since I received my Nova. It is NOT covered by a warranty. I’m extremely disappointed.

I use this for traveling, small, slender, easy to stow in my travel bag.
Takes practice to get the battery in and then screwed back on, maybe could have an upgrade on that area.
When I travel I put the battery in backward, so it doesn’t accidentally turn on, then easy to turn around to activate when actively using.

I loVe the Brust family, I’ve had my original Brust for 7 years! Yes, 7 years! It’s as strong as ever.
The only way I’ve ever had a problem with their brushes is when I forget them at our hotel🤣
I thought I’d try this more moderately priced model.
It has all the power, yet lightweight & no need for a charger.
