When I received the big floss dispenser, the metal piece that you cut your floss with came off the first time I tried to use it. It's so much plastic that I did not want to reach out for a replacement. I have super-glued the metal piece back on and it's holding for now, but I think I'll be re-gluing it regularly. The floss itself is fantastic and I highly recommend it.

I love the floss dispenser. Sometimes the floss shreds because the space between my teeth is tight. Other than that I find it easy and convenient.

Tight contacts, fillings, or dental appliances can sometimes increase the risk of shredding. Many customers in your situation find a water flosser works great for those hard to reach spots.
