I use to love these Burst prefilled trays. They worked really well and were nice and sturdy. Just enough product would cover your teeth. These new ones don’t adhere around my teeth and want to float around my mouth, and they completely cover my gums and are really big. The directions clearly state to limit contact to soft tissue, so this has me worried it will hurt me. I also notice the instructions state to leave them on for much more time than the old ones and not to brush my teeth for 30 minutes. I use to buy the cheaper whitening strips from burst and these feel the same for way more money. I actually feel very disappointed I had a subscription to these and got this update with no warning or notification that it was changing. They just feel overall cheaper and not as nice :(.

I loved the previous whitening trays. We actually gave them as gifts to our family. The new design is difficult to work with and doesn’t stay on the back teeth well.
