    I like the Sanitizer, but...

It gives me peace of mind knowing that I can tuck my toothbrush head away to be sanitized, but I'm not confident if and when it is sanitizing. The problem for me is the wording of the instructions.

99 % of the instructions are about the Sanitizer itself with common sense warnings and safety instructions.

I need clarification on using the item. Will the sanitizer work without it being plugged in? The instant I open the device the blue light comes on. Is that when the 2 minute sanitizing begins?

If so, when and why use the plug?

What does it mean "unplug the product immediately after use" if sanitation occurs without the plug?

If the plug is needed, I find it easy to forget that it's plugged in and walk away, returning even hours later to find it's still plugged in. Does this ruin the sanitizer? Should I stand and wait for the 2 minutes to pass and then unplug it from the wall?

I don't mean to be frustrating about this great idea of a product, and maybe I'm overthinking it, but the instructions for use do not make sense. Please advise.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback Aleta. We really appreciate it, and we’re sorry the instructions weren’t clear. The sanitizer runs automatically once the lid is closed and does not need to be constantly plugged in. When you place up to two BURST brush heads inside and close the door, the UV-C cycle begins automatically and runs for 2 minutes before completing the sanitizing process.

The device is also battery powered, so it can be used unplugged for convenience. It only needs to be charged when the blue light indicates low battery. A full charge takes around 2 hours and provides approximately 120 minutes of use, which typically lasts around 60 days with regular daily sanitizing.

We really appreciate your feedback on the instructions and have passed this along to our team as we continue improving clarity for customers.

    Burst Toothbrush Sanitizer

I was expecting a little more information regarding the charging process. Can the sanitizer be left on toothbrushes all day ? I just need the sanitizer for 1 brush, it's a little bulky for that. How long will the initial charge last? It's just OK

Thank you for your feedback Cindie! When the blue light flashes, the battery is running low and needs a charge. A full charge takes about 2 hours and gives roughly 120 minutes of run time - around 60 days if you sanitize once per day. It’s safe to leave your brush head in the sanitizer all day, as it will automatically sanitize for 2 minutes when the lid is closed and then shut off. We really appreciate your thoughts and have shared your feedback with our team!

    Love it!

This may be all mental, but I feel much better about the cleanliness of the brush now. I feel like the brushing leads to a better outcome with the sanitizer. Thanks!

    Great idea!

Works nicely! Simple, effective. I love that I can sanitize my toothbrush head inbetween replacements. I feel better knowing bacteria is killed from the environment and sickness.
