    Disappointed

    Bought this for my husband and he used it for six months and it stopped working. We tried all the suggestions given to us, it worked for a week and now it’s “dead.” I’m just glad I didn’t buy a refill for tip. Customer service only provides suggestions to restart it, nothing else.

    It's alright

    Definitely more convenient than a water pik. It needs to be filled within about a minute which is kind of a pain. I use it in the shower because drooling all that water over the sink doesn't work great. The mobility of the unit to use in the shower is much better. Still I feel improvements could be made....but I guess it'll work until we figure out how to keep it filled and not have to stop to fill it every minute or so.

    Do not buy

    On my third water flosser because they stop working and the company refuses to warranty the product. These things suck. Buy a cheaper one off Amazon that works better

    Don't Waste Your Money

    I bought the package of toothbrush and water flosser at my dentist office. For the first five months the flosser worked great and helped me to get the junk out that my hygienist is always harping on me about. Then it turned into a very short charge time and today a week after the first problem, it no longer works. So now I have a new pet rock.
