We got busier than bees testing bristle lengths with our hygienists. We found 7mm was the magic number to get right up into teeth and reach the tricky ones in the back! Pair that with a wide head that’s easy to position over small chompers — perfecto!

I have emailed BURST twice since our replacement heads arrived and the tip of one broke off in my son's mouth. Talk about a choking hazard, to say nothing of the quality. No one at BURST has written back and if you look all over their website, there are no phone numbers, no indication of customer service. But plenty of chances to give them your money. If this review doesn't get someone to respond, I don't know what option I have left.

They don’t hold up that well for my 5yo. Hes either too aggressive or they need to be a little sturdier.
