I've used the same floss for years and have always thought, "this does the job. Nothing fancy, but it works." When I received a free floss with my recent purchase I thought I might as well give it a try. Well...the burst expanding floss is fantastic! Pleasant taste. Black thread (makes seeing the "gunk" easier...oddly satisfying). Thick and soft, so no pain AT ALL when flossing.
As with the toothbrush, you have a permanent customer with the floss!

The berry flavor should be offered as a non-subscription option. I'm allergic to the mint/eucalyptus scent/flavor, and can only use the berry, but now I'm locked into a subscription. I'm sure that is done by design to lock people in but I think that is poor customer service.
