We JUST got the curve toothbrushes today for our family. We had the original for about 6 years and we were beyond thrilled with that!The fact that they lasted this long was absolutely impressive and we’ve gotten compliments about how well our teeth are maintained.
Now I’m not very excited about the newer one. The travel cap doesn’t stay on… you wiggle it just a little and it pops right off not to mention the brush head itself doesn’t even go all the way down or make the “clicking” sound the old one had. And I absolutely agree about the inconvenience of charging. One the cord could’ve atleast been c-usb not c-c cord and it could’ve come with the charging block as c-blocks if you don’t have newer I-phones you just don’t have around the house. Two it has to lay down to charge instead of nicely on a stand like it used to. It’s just unfortunate that we were excited about the upgrade and right from the get go it was a bit of a letdown. But I shall come back to review after some time has passed. (As you can see on the older version there is no gap between brush head and the bottom)

I love this toothbrush, it’s convenient, works well, and is sleek! I bought mine back In November and in February the battery died for the third time and I have not been able to charge it again. It died quickly and there is no where on the website so request a replacement or file a complaint. I was disappointed by the life span of the toothbrush.

I’ve had the Original Burst tooth burst for 6 years and love it, the battery is just starting to go bad. I bought this as a replacement. The brushing feel is great and it feels sturdier than my old one. The main features are all great and work well. The problems I have with this brush are the little details. The travel cap does not click and stay on my toothbrush, the base of very small so the toothbrush doesn’t stand on its own very well, also the way you charge it is definitely inconvenient. The port is in the bottom of the brush which makes it awkward to charge especially since the cap doesn’t stay on. I think there is a reason Burst doesn’t have photos of it charging for a reason, because it’s awkward and doesn’t make sense. The brush does its basic job well, Burst lacked detail with the small things.
