How our bristles are better
-
Super Soft
Soft is better! Super-soft bristles break up plaque while sparing gums and enamel from trauma. They're also flexible for accessing hard-to-reach debris.
-
Tapered
Like using dozens of springy, tiny toothpicks! Every bristle ends in a slight taper to slip between teeth and below the gumline where trouble loves to hide.
-
Multi-length
Lots of different lengths = a larger surface area cleaned. Get around gums, under gums, and into tight spaces — all while polishing teeth to a shiny, pearly white!
Engineered to perfection
Crafted using an overmolded injection process, which is a fancy way of saying our brush heads are durable, flexible, multifunctional, and effective.

“My teeth are so clean, they squeak now! I’ts insane! I would eat off my own teeth if they were a floor and my food fell on them! That’s how clean they are! I wish everything was as clean as my teeth feel!”

“After reading reviews online and watching videos of other dental professionals reviewing the product, I knew I needed to get my hands on one.”

Why are Burst bristles better?
Why are Burst bristles better?
Why are soft bristles better?
Dental professionals recommend soft bristles because they gently and effectively clean teeth and gums, whereas hard bristles can lead to gum recession and increased tooth sensitivity. Soft bristles are less likely to damage oral tissue while removing plaque and debris just as well.
Why do tapered bristles help get below the gumline?
Tapered bristles have a point at the top to effectively penetrate below the gumline and between teeth. Almost like tiny, flexible toothpicks! The tapered design allows for a blend of stability and precision; the broader base of the bristle provides a sturdy foundation, while the slimmer tip removes plaque and debris from the tight spaces and crevices they love to hide in.
How do multi-length bristles help reach below the gumline while also polishing the enamel?
Multi-length bristles add versatility to your clean! The longer ones gently polish tooth surfaces, while the short, more rigid ones scrub away dirt and grime from hard-to-reach areas. Those tapered short and long bristles also go below the gumline

Why is there a gap between the toothbrush head and the handle?
Why is there a gap between the toothbrush head and the handle?
This nifty little gap makes a big difference. It focuses the cleansing sonic vibrations directly to the head, through the bristles, and to your pearly whites! That way they don’t travel to the handle — because no one wants a tickle monster for a toothbrush. You get a more targeted, effective clean, and a better feel in your hand!

Grateful they arrived. Not happy that Burst always tries to sign me up for their club but all one needs to do is stay on top of it.
