Why are soft bristles better?

Dental professionals recommend soft bristles because they gently and effectively clean teeth and gums, whereas hard bristles can lead to gum recession and increased tooth sensitivity. Soft bristles are less likely to damage oral tissue while removing plaque and debris just as well.

Why do tapered bristles help get below the gumline?

Will the Pro brush head fit the Curve Sonic Toothbrush?

The Pro head does not fit the Curve brush, and vice versa. Our dental professional partners helped us craft each to fit its respective toothbrush model to offer optimal performance and effectiveness.

Why is there a gap between the toothbrush head and the handle?

This nifty little gap makes a big difference. It focuses the cleansing sonic vibrations directly to the head, through the bristles, and to your pearly whites! That way they don’t travel to the handle — because no one wants a tickle monster for a toothbrush. You get a more targeted, effective clean, and a better feel in your hand!

Broke immediately, perhaps before arrival
The plastic neck below the bristles snapped and is being held on only by the thin rubber strip. I do not know if it was broken upon arrival or broke after I attached it but before I used it, but it is now non-functional.

Return process
I purchased replacement heads for mu burst toothbrush. When purchased I was automatically placed on auto ship for replacement heads. I tried to cancel but order was shipped anyway. I have not open package and wish to return. The website is difficult to navigate and as of yet I have not figured out how to return for refund
