    Only lasts a year

    I purchased a water flosser in 2021 and reading recent reviews I will say a lot are very accurate. The water flosser only seems to last a year if that and then starts to leak. Definitely a design flaw as whatever is used to seal the water tank to the bottom of the devices dries out, cracks, leaks and renders the device useless. It was good while it lasted, but definitely did not built for the long haul. Sort of sad that we continue to produce and sell throw away products.

    Broken tip

    I dropped my flossed in the shower. The tip broke and now I can’t replace the tip because the other end of the broken tip is stuck. Purchased from my dentist.

    Tank is too small (should have trusted the other reviews)

    I bought this a couple years ago and should have returned it when I realized that it takes filling the tank so many times to get through one's whole mouth. I can't even do a quadrant properly with a full tank! It's a great idea but should be much longer/taller to have a tank big enough 🤷🏼‍♀️

    Enjoyed it for a while, but moving to a different brand

    I really enjoyed a lot about this flosser. I purchased my first one in November 2021. Less than two years later (when already out of warranty) the water reservoir started to leak. I was told I could get a replacement for free if I signed up for a Refill plan. Did that, received the replacement in September 2023. Now just past a year later the second one has also started leaking. Maybe this is just how these types of devices are designed, not to be long lasting. But with all of the plastic, electronic bits and battery I'm not willing to get another one to test it out. I will try another brand and hopefully get some more time out of it.
