    Would not buy again

    Water reservoir is inadequate to effectively clean your teeth. You have to keep the water pic Vertical to maintain water going to the pic, water runs out half way through the cleaning process and has to be refilled. Not worth the $$$$ we spent on it. Buy a water pic with a separate reservoir and supply line.

    not worth the money

    after slightly over 1 year old, the battery stopped charging, tried to file a claim but found out the warranty had expired by several months! At $70 you would think this would last longer. Learned my lesson with Bust!

    We’re sorry to hear about the charging issue. We always recommend trying a reset and a different power adapter, as this can often help resolve battery concerns.

    Reset steps: Plug in the unit, hold the power button for 3–4 seconds until the lights flash, then allow it to charge for 8–12 hours or until the red light turns off.
