- Rated 2 out of 5 stars3 days agoNot reliable and customer service is getting worse
We have a family of 4 who all use these water flossers. I purchased mine when it first came out and have been using the Burst brush since 2019. When the water flosser works, it works great. The replacement warranty was great for a bit, assuming you have a subscription for new tips, but now the units fail more frequently and the warranty replacement timeline is incredibly long and slow. What used to take days now takes weeks. Seems to be another case of a company that started out great but is now becoming too bloated and is more focused on profit than customer care. We will be moving on from these devices.
DLDonny L.Verified Buyer - Rated 3 out of 5 stars6 days agoIt's ok, not as good as others yet.
I wanted to love this water flosser because I love their toothbrush and wanted a travel flosser but to start the water reservoir is very small. You can barely get thru one quadrant without having to refill again and again and again. My second issue is that when using the periodontal tip and bring it close in between your teeth the unit shuts down. I don't know why and if it's specific to the unit I received but that's what's happening with mine even at a full charge which brings me to my next issue. The charger port is annoying because it's a specific pointy type which means you have to travel with the charger and multiple chargers. It would have been better if it used the same as the toothbrush or a commonly used USB-C. In terms of performance it did well but the price to reward ratio given other options available I have to say its not there yet, I hope they improve it.

Love the concept that its smaller but I need to refill frequently 2-3 times. Other than that its great
SCSondra C. C.Verified Buyer - Rated 1 out of 5 stars1 week agoDisappointed - 2nd Flosser stopped working
I'm really disappointed in this product. When it worked, it was great. However, I have had two water flossers now, and both stopped working shortly after one year. I had a similar issue as other 1-star reviews mentioned: the flosser just one day stopped working and wouldn't charge. The reset suggestion was not at all helpful.
The customer service team did help me with the warranty and sent me the 2nd flosser at no charge, however that one stopped working as well with the same outcome. I will not attempt to reach out to customer service about replacing this. I will try a different brand moving forward.
