- Rated 5 out of 5 stars56 minutes agoA MUST product for your oral care routine
Tried the new 2.0 Water Flosser and I’m loving it! The larger water tank ranks high on my list, but also the new silicone tip. It’s a MUST for everyone’s daily oral care routine, but definitely for those who hate string flossing.

My dentist recommended this water flosser and it is working just as described. The pause feature is smart to allow for a quick refill. I use it everyday in the shower for no mess! The turbo setting is powerfully strong so I use the mid level.
LGLaura G.Verified Buyer - Rated 2 out of 5 stars1 month agoNot reliable and customer service is getting worse
We have a family of 4 who all use these water flossers. I purchased mine when it first came out and have been using the Burst brush since 2019. When the water flosser works, it works great. The replacement warranty was great for a bit, assuming you have a subscription for new tips, but now the units fail more frequently and the warranty replacement timeline is incredibly long and slow. What used to take days now takes weeks. Seems to be another case of a company that started out great but is now becoming too bloated and is more focused on profit than customer care. We will be moving on from these devices.
