I've enjoyed using my 2 Burst brushes -- while they work. My Curve just stopped taking a charge. I've found NO help from Burst AI Chatbot and NO way to reach a real human. I'm a Baby Boomer and MUST have human contact to crucial conversations.

I’ve had the water floss now for about three years every few months I have to request a new one because for some reason it doesn’t continue to work. I would charge it take it off and it’ll work for a little bit and it cuts off. I don’t think this is a good product I’ve probably had, five or six or more over the last three years if not more than that.

I purchased one from Walmart and I can't change the speeds on mine. I see the buttons but when I push them, they don't light up to show I am on a different setting nor does it change to the different setting. Perhaps, mine is defective but I would not have bought this if I knew then what I know now.
