    Loves to grow mold

    I’ve had this water flosser for about two years and I used it occasionally until I got my braces recently. With everyday use, it grows mold easily with the help of the silicone stopper. It remains in a closed position which doesn’t allow the reservoir to air out between uses. I run vinegar through the flosser frequently to ensure the insides are clean. But after using everyday for the last month, it’s growing mold inside the reservoir, the silicone stopper, and the tip (despite changing at recommended intervals). I was willing to look past the fact that it has to be refilled 2-3 times for my whole mouth, but now I can no longer recommend it as it is absolutely impossible to clean and maintain.

    Flosser not working

    Hello,

    We bought 2 of the oral flossers last september and both have stopped working. They have been charged and reset a number of time and still don't work.

    Bought 2 and both dead in a year or less

    I have bought 2 water flossers now and they both died in a little over a year for the first one and 6 months for my next one. I reached out to customer service and told me how to "reset" it, but that never worked. They also told me that they will not replace the flosser unless I had a tip subscription. I loved the flosser, but for the price I won't get another one if they die that quickly without a better warranty option.
