    Never received product.

    I ordered Dec 05 and still have no product. UniUni says they were to do a delivery but they don't know where it is or when it will be delivered. I get the same run-around it will be delivered in 48 hours. I have 5 of those messages from them. It's Dec 27. I am done with UniUni and Burst.

    Disappointed, bad design and over priced Burst Water Flosser - not for me.

    I decided to try this Water Flosser and here is why I will never use it. There is no way to clean the water reservoir. It has a very small hole to fill water (smaller than a dime) and no way to get a brush with baking soda or vinegar into any edges to clean it. I live in Colorado where you would think water would be great. (great tasting water) We have iron in our well water and anything not cleaned and dried will get rust. In our town, the treated water leaves a white powder. To floss with special water, recommended use in the shower, or clean up the water mess around the bathroom sink isn’t motivating floss to this way. For $50.00 and pick heads, I can get a lot of floss tape and the free samples from the dentist.

    Never Delivered

    I bought another flosser last year and everything was seamless. Delivery a few days later and I love using it! Recommended one to my dad who loves using it. So I bought one for my husband on a Black Friday sale. Over 2 weeks later and it’s still sitting in the warehouse waiting for “sorting” from the shipment company. The shipper’s customer service is only AI-powered so you can’t get a straight answer of when it will arrive.
