Thanks for your commitment to quality products for less than other brands. I love the way you stand behind the products, even years after purchase, if something stops working as it had. Ie; I had a brush that stopped charging well. It was replaced at no cost.

The settings are all interesting and I like the animation and timer to help brush for 2 min. There seems to be am odd glitch. Sometimes the toothbrush doesn't vibrate how its is supposed to. Usually it corrects itself in less then 10 seconds
