I was recommended this product by my dental hygienist to help with some plaque build-up and overall mouth health. I've been taking them for months now! They really help me with morning breath, and my mouth doesn't feel gross when I wake up. Also, since it's a probiotic I'd like to think it's prevented me from getting sick when everyone else did.
