    Easy to insert and extract from water flosser. Love that it’s well made, sturdy, and clear visually.

    Water flosser seems lighter now, love the clear head.

    I extract head after every use, store it on the fill up hole. Allows that space to dry better too for next use.

    Never received my order

    I am very dissatisfied as I ordered replacement tips over 2, weeks ago and still have not received them. Was communicating with Fiona yesterday but never got any resolution. What is the next step? Should have ordered from Amazon.

    LOVE the Product, NOT the Delivery

    This isn't your fault, but I have not yet received my replacement tip. The tracking through USPS hasn't moved in several days. However, I know I love the product from the previous ones I have used!

    Sorry to hear the classic tip felt painful! We would recommend trying a different mode. To change modes, press and hold the power button, and it will begin to cycle through the mode. Release the button when you reach the mode that feels best for you. Please reach out directly if you need any further help :)
