    Sturdy

    Pro brush, new seems a lot stiffer from the Classic I’ve used forever. Will take time to adjust.

    Will see how it functions through all selections available on the portable tooth brush holder.

    Only just came in so first use was last night.

    Cancelled subscription with the price increase for shipping

    I was a loyal Burst customer for 5 years. I stayed a subscriber when the brush heads went up 2$. However, I did cancel when i got the notification that I would have to pay shipping for my 2 brush heads from now on. I stay away from subscriptions most of the time because of things like this. I like the Burst brush, but I feel like there's many more options available at the same or cheaper cost without a subscription.

    Changed shipping companies, won’t ever arrive

    I’ve been receiving replacement heads from Burst for about 5 years now and never had an issue. They recently changed shipping companies from USPS to some company called “UniUni”. My order shipped at the end of October and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. I’m going to cancel my subscription and purchase from a different company who is able to deliver to my (perfectly normal) address.
